Wet skin and soap bar.
Lather gently and massage onto the face or body using circular motions.
For enhanced brightening care, allow the lather to remain on the skin for 1–2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
Follow with your usual moisturizer and apply sunscreen during the day.

How we ship our products:
We ship PLASTIC FREE. It is quite challenging to do so but we are doing it. We use 100% compostable mailers or boxes to ship our products. Our labels are made of paper and it will smudge in transit - especially since our bars are HANDMADE. The bars attract moisture and may cause it to sweat especially in transit. This should not be a cause of worry as this is expected. We recommend that you remove the wrapper upon receipt of the bars to air dry before storing.
Metro Manila - Please give us 7 working days to pack and ship orders once payment is made EXCEPT on SALE and PEAK dates as this will vary depending on manpower and production capacity.
Provinces - we use J&T in our own box. Their lead time varies between 3 to 14 days depending on where you are. You will be given a tracking number - for concerns please connect with them directly. We will assist you in tracking but we are not responsible for delivery delays.
FOR PROVINCIAL ADDRESS - We strongly recommend that you place your orders at our Lazada or Shopee Official stores to save on shipping fees. WE DO NOT SHIP liquids in the provinces.
International Shipping - we use FedEx for shipping outside the Philippines. You will be given a tracking number - for concerns please connect with them directly. We will assist you in tracking but we are not responsible for delivery delays.
For Pick UPs: You can pick up your items at our Home Office Fulfillment Center from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. We strongly recommend that you message us (0995 938 2955) first before proceeding to ensure that it can be released. We are refusing requests for pick up at our Trinoma and Circuit stores.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned this includes gift cards and used / opened products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Lacking / Missing Items
If you received a parcel that is lacking or missing in items, the following will be followed:
Metro Manila - lacking item/s will be sent to customer free of shipping fee
Provinces- lacking item/s will be refunded

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 1500 pesos, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
