Shipping Policy

Plastic-free from our hands to yours
Every order ships plastic-free, in 100% compostable mailers or boxes with paper labels.

Our bars are handmade and naturally attract moisture, so they may “sweat” a little in transit. That’s normal. Just unwrap your bar when it arrives and let it air-dry before storing it.

Processing time
We pack and ship orders within 3 working days after payment is confirmed.

Some orders may take a little longer, for example if the address or ZIP code is incomplete, or if an item needs to be restocked. If that happens, we’ll message you right away. During sales and peak seasons, processing may also take longer.

Delivery within the Philippines

• Metro Manila: delivered by our courier partners, usually within 1–3 days after dispatch.
• Provinces: shipped via J&T, usually within 3–14 days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Pickup: you can collect your order at our Makati office, Monday to Friday, 10 AM–5 PM, by appointment. Message us first so we can have it ready.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it.

International shipping
International orders ship via FedEx, with a tracking number. Delivery times depend on the destination and on customs. Any duties or taxes charged by your country are paid by the recipient.

Shipping fees
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Inner Circle members get free shipping on every order, plus 15% off. Circle Rewards members can also redeem points for free shipping vouchers.

Delays
Once your parcel is handed to the courier, delivery times are in the courier’s hands. If your order seems stuck, message us and we’ll follow up with them for you.

Damaged or missing items
If something arrives damaged or missing, message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or unboxing video, and we’ll make it right.
