Wet and lather the shampoo bar between your hands or directly rub onto wet hair. With your fingertips, gently massage the scalp to remove debris and buildup. Rinse thoroughly and follow with conditioner.

How to Store
To reach the optimum number of washes and to keep your shampoo bar last longer, allow to air dry after each use.
Place on a soap dish with proper drainage or use a mesh bag and hang to dry. Heat and sunlight are not your shampoo bar's friends.
Store in a cool and dry place, in temperatures below 25°C.
When traveling, a dry shampoo bar stored in a tin or recycled glass jar is a jet setter must-have!

How we ship our products:
We ship PLASTIC FREE. It is quite challenging to do so but we are doing it. We use 100% compostable mailers or boxes to ship our products. Our labels are made of paper and it will smudge in transit - especially since our bars are HANDMADE. The bars attract moisture and may cause it to sweat especially in transit. This should not be a cause of worry as this is expected. We recommend that you remove the wrapper upon receipt of the bars to air dry before storing.
Metro Manila - Please give us 10 working days to pack and ship orders once payment is made EXCEPT on SALE and PEAK dates as this will vary depending on manpower and production capacity.
Provinces - we use J&T in our own box. Their lead time varies between 3 to 14 days depending on where you are. You will be given a tracking number - for concerns please connect with them directly. We will assist you in tracking but we are not responsible for delivery delays.
FOR PROVINCIAL ADDRESS - We strongly recommend that you place your orders at our Lazada or Shopee Official stores to save on shipping fees. WE DO NOT SHIP liquids in the provinces.
International Shipping - we use FedEx for shipping outside the Philippines. You will be given a tracking number - for concerns please connect with them directly. We will assist you in tracking but we are not responsible for delivery delays.
For Pick Ups: You can pick up your items at our Home Office Fulfillment Center from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. We strongly recommend that you message us (0995 938 2955) first before proceeding to ensure that it can be released. We are refusing requests for pick up at our Trinoma and Circuit stores.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned this includes gift cards and used / opened products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

I got the parcel few days ago and been using it for days. I can see the improvement in my hair strands, from thin to a bit healthier. The smell so good. The package was partial not in good condition but the items were in good condition and wrapped carefully with eco-friendly materials. Congratulations. It smells so good! I like how gentle it is. My hair feels like it has been conditioned after drying. I have colored hair and it is a good shampoo in keeping the color longer. I actually ordered again.

My gray hairs lessen
I have straight black hair and people always complimented on how "bagsak" and healthy it looks, but when I started to work from home, I also started neglecting it. Coupled with the weather, it started to get frizzy. I followed ecoshift on IG many moons ago and finally ordered for myself after deliberating. At first, it felt like my hair got dry, but I gave it a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I love how it gave my hair the healthy glow it once had. Hoping the bar last long. As I have shared, I first encountered the shampoo bars Nov 2022 in the Eco Shift Fb Ads. My hair was really needing attention because it was super tangled, dry. So when I apply my previous "3-minute" conditioner, it will be so soft, but the water becomes too frothy as I rinse it off, I feel there's a lot of chemicals that go with my conditioner. A lot of my hair also goes with the water as I rinse the conditioner. Manipis and limp hair na nga, may hair fall pa. After drying it, dry na naman sya. and the cycle was like that for about 3 months. I tried Fire Passion shampoo bar, and my daughter liked it too. It doesn't need a large amount of water to lather it. When you shampoo with it, very light sa hair, parang feeling malinis ang hair. I am using Fire passion interchanging it with Earth's Desire this December 2022, siya talaga nagpa stop ng hairfall. Thank you so much Eco Shift for this, great product and great advocacy. My parents have been using Fire's Passion Shampoo Bar and are quite happy with it. They said that their hair remained soft despite not using any conditioner. We just have to find a container to prevent it from melting and getting too soft.

It took me sometime to write a review since I wanted to use the Fire’s Passion shampoo first for a longer period of time to truly feel and discover its effect on my hair, and it did not fail my expectations. The shampoo feels the same on my hair as with my previous liquid shampoo but much better since it’s all natural. My daughter loved it too.

I have been struggling with sebhorreic dermatitis. For years, I’ve searched for the most effective and known (even expensive) anti-dandruff shampoo in the market that would at least help lessen the flakes on my scalp, hair and sometimes on the sides of my face where there is hair. It’s a struggle, because I always had to make sure I got my haircut every two weeks to get rid of itchiness and redness, and getting thorough cleaning through shower is not even an option. It has become more than a struggle for it hits my confidence for a simple reason that people might misinterpret me of not having proper hygiene. But after a month of use of Fire’s Passion and Pure Bliss on the side, I am now flake-free. I was so glad when I got the instant result the first time I used the products. I should say it’s insane that these known shampoo brands cannot even get close to what your products can do, at least in my case. Kudos.
