How we ship our products:
We ship PLASTIC FREE. It is quite challenging to do so but we are doing it. We use 100% compostable mailers or boxes to ship our products. Our labels are made of paper and it will smudge in transit - especially since our bars are HANDMADE. The bars attract moisture and may cause it to sweat especially in transit. This should not be a cause of worry as this is expected. We recommend that you remove the wrapper upon receipt of the bars to air dry before storing.
Metro Manila - Please give us 10 working days to pack and ship orders once payment is made EXCEPT on SALE and PEAK dates as this will vary depending on manpower and production capacity.
Provinces - we use J&T in our own box. Their lead time varies between 3 to 14 days depending on where you are. You will be given a tracking number - for concerns please connect with them directly. We will assist you in tracking but we are not responsible for delivery delays.
FOR PROVINCIAL ADDRESS - We strongly recommend that you place your orders at our Lazada or Shopee Official stores to save on shipping fees. WE DO NOT SHIP liquids in the provinces.
International Shipping - we use FedEx for shipping outside the Philippines. You will be given a tracking number - for concerns please connect with them directly. We will assist you in tracking but we are not responsible for delivery delays.
For Pick Ups: You can pick up your items at our Home Office Fulfillment Center from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. We strongly recommend that you message us (0995 938 2955) first before proceeding to ensure that it can be released. We are refusing requests for pick up at our Trinoma and Circuit stores.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned this includes gift cards and used / opened products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

I’ve been using it for a while now. It’s good. I would like to complain about my previous purchase of Renewal Night Cream. I just opened a new jar & its contents spilled out because it’s watery. It was stored in my refrigerator. I ordered many. I fear I might have the same problem with the other jars. I had the same problem before.

As i opened my second bottle of this product, the aluminum foil cover just flapped open, meaning its no more securely pasted at all, and the contents is not intact, i must say it seems like it had already been touched. You disappointed me Eco Shift...

Love all of the products I ordered! First time to try the UV sunscreen. I shared it with my family and they also love it. I wish I could buy more when they are back in stock.
This is my current Brightening UV Sunscreen jar, the rest (in the photo) are previous purchases. I have yet to visit a store to bring the empty ones for an exchange - and a discount! - so I am sort of collecting the empty jars for now. I have been using the UV Sunscreen for more than a year now, and it's really good as a makeup primer, too. I also used the BOGO last time to give a jar each to my 2 daughters as their first daily sunscreen regimen. No allergies, no reactions for first users, and they are liking it as much as I do!
I have been a long time user of this hydrating gel primer. No sticky/ greasy feeling. A bit pricey but it lasts a long time.

I love that it’s light on the skin and has no-non-sense packaging. The only thing I wish would improve is the finish. The product has a matte effect, which isn’t great for someone like me who prefers a dewy look.

The feel is good. Almost like a more matte version of the Unseen Sunscreen. However, the promotional materials cleverly hide the fact that the major filter used here is octinoxate (ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate) which has been classified as NOT reef safe and NOT environment friendly, is highly allergenic and has questionable safety profile such that this filter is rarely if not used at all in European and Korean or Japanese sunscreens. I hope you disclose this one to everyone as definitely this is not environment friendly. Hoping for a reformulation.

I love that EcoShift continues to iterate its offerings better. I first chanced on the sunscreen when the international brand I've been using discontinued the product that suits my morena, pre-menopausal (!) skin best. I came by the newly opened BGC store and bought one up. More than THREE months later - yes! that's how long it took me to finish a 30ml bottle - I ordered a new one (the left bottle) and got pleasantly surprised that packaging got more sustainable by doing away with the paper. As to the product, it spreads well (maybe accounting for economy of use), does well as a primer (foundation stands better, longer) and UV protection is really good (tested it at EK for an entire day, no burn!). Will test how it stands in pools and beaches. ;)
I have a very sensitive skin. Usually nag sting mga sun block sa face ko at nagcacause ng break out. Tried multiple sunblocks na din even mga Korean brand. Glad I tried this gel type sunscreen at eto lang kaisa isang hindi humapdi ang mukha ko lala no sa part ng side ng ilong. Game changer to sakin kaya bumili ako 5 piraso nung 30 ml nung naka 50% off sila kasi sold out na yung 50ml. Hintayin nyo magsale bago kayo magpurchase, kasi honestly pricey sya if yung regular price nyo sya mabibili. Sana in the future mas maging affordable ang products ninyo. Alam ko madami gusto magtry pero since can not afford ng iba di nila matest mga products ninyo. Super ganda pa naman nagstart ako gumamit ng products ninyo last yr ng May . I already purchase your shampoo bar and conditioner. Sunscreen and yung keratin. Super love all your products.
