This website, theecoshift.online, is operated by Three Women Commercial Corporation, owner of The Eco Shift® brand. Throughout this site, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Three Women Commercial Corporation. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services on it, to you on the condition that you accept these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and the policies they refer to.

By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that lets us sell our products to you.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the site with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any viruses or destructive code. If you breach these Terms, we may end your access to the site.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We may refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer. You may not copy, resell or exploit any part of the site without our written permission. Headings are for convenience only.

We work hard to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only. We may change site content at any time.

Prices may change without notice. However, the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order. We may change or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS
Our products are cosmetics and personal care products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and individual results may vary. Many of our bars are handmade, so small differences in color, shape and size are normal. We do our best to display product colors accurately, but screens vary. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Returns and exchanges follow our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 6 - ORDERS AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We may refuse or cancel an order, or limit quantities per person, household or order. This includes orders that appear to be placed by resellers. If we change or cancel your order, we will contact you by email or phone and refund any amount you paid. You agree to give accurate, complete and current information for all purchases.

SECTION 7 - CIRCLE REWARDS AND INNER CIRCLE MEMBERSHIP

• Circle Rewards points are earned on eligible purchases and actions. They can be redeemed for rewards such as free products and free shipping vouchers.
• Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and may expire as stated in the program details.
• Inner Circle members receive 15% off and free shipping on every order for the length of their membership, subject to the membership terms shown at signup.
• We may change, pause or end the rewards program or its benefits. We will give reasonable notice where possible, and points already earned will be honored according to the program rules at the time.
• We may cancel points or memberships obtained through fraud or abuse, such as fake accounts or fake referrals.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
Our site may include tools, content or links from third parties, such as review, loyalty and payment providers. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services. Please review their own terms and policies.

SECTION 9 - REVIEWS, COMMENTS AND SUBMISSIONS
When you submit reviews, photos, videos, ideas or other content, you allow us to use, edit, publish and share it in any medium, including on our site and social media, without payment. You agree that your content is your own, is truthful, and does not violate anyone’s rights or contain unlawful, abusive or obscene material. We may remove any content at our discretion.

SECTION 11 - ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
Our site may sometimes contain errors in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping or availability. We may correct these errors and update information. If an order was placed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel it and fully refund you.

We do not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) or any other law that cannot be waived.

You agree to hold Three Women Commercial Corporation and its directors, officers, employees and partners harmless from any third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of others.

SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be enforced as far as the law allows, and the rest of the Terms remain in effect.

SECTION 16 - TERMINATION
These Terms apply until ended by you or us. You may end them anytime by stopping use of the site. We may end your access if you fail to comply with these Terms. Obligations incurred before termination will continue to apply.

SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and the policies posted on this site, including the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us. If we do not enforce any right, that does not waive it.

SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be brought before the proper courts of Makati City.
