Wet and lather the shampoo bar between your hands or directly rub onto wet hair. With your fingertips, gently massage the scalp to remove debris and buildup. Rinse thoroughly and follow with conditioner.

To reach the optimum number of washes and to keep your shampoo bar last longer, allow to air dry after each use.
Place on a soap dish with proper drainage or use a mesh bag and hang to dry. Heat and sunlight are not your shampoo bar's friends.
Store in a cool and dry place, in temperatures below 25°C.
When traveling, a dry shampoo bar stored in a tin or recycled glass jar is a jet setter must-have!

How we ship our products:
We ship PLASTIC FREE. It is quite challenging to do so but we are doing it. We use 100% compostable mailers or boxes to ship our products. Our labels are made of paper and it will smudge in transit - especially since our bars are HANDMADE. The bars attract moisture and may cause it to sweat especially in transit. This should not be a cause of worry as this is expected. We recommend that you remove the wrapper upon receipt of the bars to air dry before storing.
Metro Manila - Please give us 10 working days to pack and ship orders once payment is made EXCEPT on SALE and PEAK dates as this will vary depending on manpower and production capacity.
Provinces - we use J&T in our own box. Their lead time varies between 3 to 14 days depending on where you are. You will be given a tracking number - for concerns please connect with them directly. We will assist you in tracking but we are not responsible for delivery delays.
FOR PROVINCIAL ADDRESS - We strongly recommend that you place your orders at our Lazada or Shopee Official stores to save on shipping fees. WE DO NOT SHIP liquids in the provinces.
International Shipping - we use FedEx for shipping outside the Philippines. You will be given a tracking number - for concerns please connect with them directly. We will assist you in tracking but we are not responsible for delivery delays.
For Pick Ups: You can pick up your items at our Home Office Fulfillment Center from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. We strongly recommend that you message us (0995 938 2955) first before proceeding to ensure that it can be released. We are refusing requests for pick up at our Trinoma and Circuit stores.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned this includes gift cards and used / opened products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If you received a parcel that is lacking or missing in items, the following will be followed:

I've been using ecoshift shampoo bar since 2024, my personal favorite is the Ray of Sunshine shampoo and conditioner, super love its scent and my hair becomes really soft. I ordered all variants, nag hoard ako for gifting, and those who received they loved it too. I made them switch also to Ecoshift.
What i like about this shampoo bar was, i can feel and smell the nature in it.. it has a very relaxing feel and scent that you can’t imagine in a bar of shampoo.

It has sweet smell and my hair is soft. But I still have falling hair. In fact, I noticed that I got more falling hair than the other liquid shampoo I used before. I will try the one for anti-grey hair if it’s more effective than the one for anti hair fall.

My very first time to use a shampoo bar and I'm glad I did. The lovely scent lingers on my scalp and hair. Got a compliment from my husband when he kissed me goodnight 😘 My hair feels smooth, full bodied and manageable. Luquid shampoos made my thin hair limp and flat. I would have to use it for a longer period to assess its effect on my hairfall. But, so far, so good!

My problem talaga sa buhok ko is sobrang dami ng hair fall. 😔😔😔 Pero nung sinubukan ko ang eco shift, Grabe, 2 washes palang nag improve na ang buhok ko. Wala nang masyadong hair fall. Sobrang bango din niya.

I don't know what happened to my purchase :( I had it dry out for two days as instructed but it turned really tacky and soft, I can't even hold it. It still washes my hair well and it smells really nice but now Im wondering, is this how the soap should be? Parang hindi sya tatagal, hindi naman sya nababasa unless I use it...marami akong tanong...?

I've tried shampoo bar thrice (different brands) before kaso it didn't work out well kasi ang waxy after bath kahit nag liquid conditioner ako. Tas ayunnn hahahhaha sobrang natuwa ako kasi totoo yung sa reviews huhuhuhu thank you eco shift! Sobrang effective magtanggal ng excess oil sa buhok (residues from DIY coconut oil hair treatment) na hindi ko matanggal sa regular shampoo grabe ilang days sobrang oily ng hair.
I love how the shampoo bar is thick. It’s my first time to use shampoo bar. At first it felt like it was not producing as much lather but I got used to it. My hairfall also lessened while taking a bath as well as during the day.
