Wet and lather the shampoo bar between your hands or directly rub onto wet hair. With your fingertips, gently massage the scalp to remove debris and buildup. Rinse thoroughly and follow with conditioner.
To reach the optimum number of washes and to keep your shampoo bar last longer, allow to air dry after each use.
Place on a soap dish with proper drainage or use a mesh bag and hang to dry. Heat and sunlight are not your shampoo bar's friends.
Store in a cool and dry place, in temperatures below 25°C.
When traveling, a dry shampoo bar stored in a tin or recycled glass jar is a jet setter must-have!

We ship PLASTIC FREE. It is quite challenging to do so but we are doing it. We use 100% compostable mailers or boxes to ship our products. Our labels are made of paper and it will smudge in transit - especially since our bars are HANDMADE. The bars attract moisture and may cause it to sweat especially in transit. This should not be a cause of worry as this is expected. We recommend that you remove the wrapper upon receipt of the bars to air dry before storing.
Metro Manila - Please give us 10 working days to pack and ship orders once payment is made EXCEPT on SALE and PEAK dates as this will vary depending on manpower and production capacity.
Provinces - we use J&T in our own box. Their lead time varies between 3 to 14 days depending on where you are. You will be given a tracking number - for concerns please connect with them directly. We will assist you in tracking but we are not responsible for delivery delays.
FOR PROVINCIAL ADDRESS - We strongly recommend that you place your orders at our Lazada or Shopee Official stores to save on shipping fees. WE DO NOT SHIP liquids in the provinces.
International Shipping - we use FedEx for shipping outside the Philippines. You will be given a tracking number - for concerns please connect with them directly. We will assist you in tracking but we are not responsible for delivery delays.
For Pick Ups: You can pick up your items at our Home Office Fulfillment Center from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. We strongly recommend that you message us (0995 938 2955) first before proceeding to ensure that it can be released. We are refusing requests for pick up at our Trinoma and Circuit stores.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned this includes gift cards and used / opened products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Lacking / Missing Items
If you received a parcel that is lacking or missing in items, the following will be followed:
Metro Manila - lacking item/s will be sent to customer free of shipping fee
Provinces - lacking item/s will be refunded

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 1500 pesos, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

My husband has been suffering from hair dandruff and this is the only shampoo that’s effective for him. This is what I'm currently using. Pinakamalambot among all Eco Shit shampoos that I have tried pero sya ding pinakamatipid. Super bilis bumula with just a small amount of water. You just gotta store it in the right place and temperature para mas tumagal. Everyone noticed ang bilis humaba ng buhok ko when I started using this. I love this!

I have finished using the FREE Sample of Popeye's Olive Shampoo Bar Dandruff shampoo that you sent . My order for the new bar just arrived in time. The scent of the shampoo is very mild. The itchy scalp has eventually lessened from the time I shifted to your product complimented by the Ray of Sunshine Conditioner. The effects of the two combination, shampoo and conditioner, can leave you hair still glossy and bouncy even after 2 days. A MUST TRY to shift to these products !

I like that its good for my scalp build up but the consistency of the product not so much its like a mush potato it turn soft and just melts not expected in a bar shampoo. I hope you can improve on this.
It has been 1 & 1/2 months of using and still experiencing very itchy scalp to the point of having wounds from too much scratching. Decided to switch to pure buzz and will observe.

I bought the Popeye shampoo bar for my husband, and he said it made his hair soft and clean. He even noticed reduced hair fall, but he said he still has dandruff, though. So he might use it frequently from now on.
I dont know it im not hiyang but unlike the other variants that i tried, this one has cause me itchiness in my scalp. Still figuring it out if it was really the cause.
