This Privacy Policy explains how Three Women Commercial Corporation, owner of The Eco Shift® (“we”, “us”), collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit or shop at theecoshift.online (the “Site”). We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us:

  • Order information: your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number and order details. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card or e-wallet details.
  • Account and rewards information: your login details, Circle Rewards points and Inner Circle membership status.
  • Reviews and messages: reviews, photos and videos you submit, and messages you send us.

Information collected automatically:

  • Device information: browser, IP address, time zone, pages you view, and how you found us.
  • We collect this using cookies, log files, and pixels or tags. You can manage or turn off cookies in your browser settings. Learn more at www.allaboutcookies.org.

2. How we use your information

  • to process, ship and deliver your orders, and send confirmations and updates
  • to manage your account, Circle Rewards points and Inner Circle benefits
  • to respond to your questions and requests
  • to screen orders for fraud and keep the Site secure
  • to improve the Site and understand what our customers like
  • with your consent, to send you promotions and show you relevant ads. You can unsubscribe anytime.

3. Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with trusted partners who help us run the store:

  • Shopify (our store platform) and our payment providers
  • Couriers (J&T, FedEx and others) to deliver your orders
  • Loox for product reviews, and Love Loyalty for Circle Rewards
  • Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for site analytics and advertising
  • our email and SMS service providers

We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights. We never sell your personal information.

Some of these partners store data outside the Philippines. When they do, we make sure your information stays protected.

4. Advertising and your choices
We may show you ads based on how you use our Site. You can opt out of personalized ads here:

We do not currently change how we collect data when we receive a “Do Not Track” signal from your browser.

5. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you
  • correct inaccurate information
  • object to processing, or withdraw consent for marketing
  • ask us to delete or block your data, subject to legal requirements
  • data portability
  • file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (www.privacy.gov.ph)

6. How long we keep your information
We keep order records for as long as Philippine tax and accounting laws require. Other personal information is kept only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it.

7. How we protect it
We use reasonable organizational, physical and technical safeguards, including Shopify’s secure, encrypted checkout, to protect your information from loss, misuse or unauthorized access.

8. Children
Our Site is not meant for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
