Pop a tablet in your mouth and chew it up into a paste, stick your toothbrush in there, and brush as usual.

How to Store

Keep the bottle lid tightly closed and store in a cool, dry and dark place,( Your bathroom cabinets will be perfect!) in temperatures below 25°.
